About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our Costa Coffee store in Bristol. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality coffee and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every customer during your 30‑hour weekly shift.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other menu items to Costa’s standards.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe store environment.
- Provide friendly, efficient service and handle customer enquiries.
- Ensure cash handling and point‑of‑sale procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to keep the store running smoothly.
Required profile
- Positive, can‑do attitude with strong customer focus.
- Adaptable, resourceful and able to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and a calm, composed approach.
- Reliability and pride in delivering quality work.
