Barista – Full‑time Coffee Specialist

About the role

Join the Costa Coffee team in Lytham St. Annes as a full‑time Barista. You will be at the heart of the café, preparing high‑quality coffee quickly while creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to a high standard.
• Engage with customers, remembering regulars by name and ensuring a friendly experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness, health and safety standards, and product presentation.
• Learn and promote the full range of Costa products, including food and bottled drinks.
• Collaborate with team members to keep the store running smoothly during busy periods.

Required profile

• Passion for coffee and delivering excellent customer service.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to have fun on the job.
