About the role
Join Costa Coffee as a Barista, working full‑time or part‑time in Potters Bar. You’ll create great coffee and deliver an energising experience for customers while enjoying flexible shift patterns.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other menu items to high standards.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
- Ensure the menu is mastered and standards are consistently met.
- Work collaboratively with team members to keep the store running smoothly.
Required profile
- Resourceful, adaptable and positive with a can‑do attitude.
- Accountable and proud of delivering quality.
- Calm, composed and strong communication skills.
- Genuine people focus and enthusiasm for teamwork.
