About the role

Join Costa Coffee at the bustling Gatwick Airport forecourt and create uplifting coffee moments for travellers. You will serve a range of sustainably sourced coffees, teas and seasonal drinks while delivering friendly, efficient service in a modern, renewable‑energy powered environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages to high standards, ensuring consistent taste and presentation.
• Greet customers with a smile, take orders, handle payments and promote repeat visits.
• Maintain cleanliness and health‑safety standards across the store and charging area.
• Stay informed about Costa product ranges, seasonal offerings and promotional items.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service targets and uphold brand values.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for coffee and delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Willingness to learn about Costa products and electric‑vehicle forecourt services.
