About the role
Barista at Costa Coffee, we craft great coffee and memorable experiences. As a Barista you’ll bring energy, warmth and skill to every shift. Flexible shifts are offered to suit both your needs and the store’s.
Key responsibilities
- Serve great coffee and deliver an energising customer experience.
- Master the menu and maintain high standards.
- Keep the store clean, welcoming and running smoothly.
- Work collaboratively as a team player to make the store the best it can be.
Required profile
- Resourceful, adaptable with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Accountable and proud of delivering quality.
- Calm, composed with strong communication skills.
- Genuine people focus and enthusiasm for working with others.
What we offer
- £13.12 – £14.12 per hour (location dependent).
