About the role
As a Barista Maestro Supervisor you will lead a Costa Coffee store team, delivering great coffee and memorable moments for customers. You’ll bring energy, confidence and support to every shift while enjoying flexible working patterns that suit both you and the store.
Key responsibilities
- Lead smooth, efficient shifts.
- Train and support new Baristas.
- Energise and motivate your team.
- Maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence.
- Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep operations running well.
Required profile
- A reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
- A strong team player with great communication skills.
- Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
- Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
- Previous experience as a team leader or the willingness to step into the role.
