About the role
Join Costa Coffee in Manchester as a Barista Maestro, leading a 24‑hour store team. You’ll bring energy, confidence and support to every shift while ensuring customers enjoy great coffee and memorable moments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead smooth, efficient shifts across the store.
- Train, coach and support new Baristas.
- Motivate the team to maintain high service and coffee‑quality standards.
- Adapt quickly to keep operations running well under pressure.
Required profile
- A reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
- Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
- Previous experience as a team leader or a strong desire to step into the role.
