Barista Maestro – Team Leader (30‑hour contract)

About the role
Join Costa Coffee in Chelmsford as a Barista Maestro Team Leader. You will work a 30‑hour week, including weekends, and enjoy free parking while delivering great coffee and memorable moments for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead smooth, efficient shifts and ensure high service standards.
- Train, support and motivate new baristas.
- Maintain coffee excellence and store cleanliness.
- Adapt resources and solve problems quickly to keep operations running.
Required profile
- Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
- Strong team player with excellent communication.
- Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
- Calm under pressure, adaptable and resourceful.
- Previous team‑leader experience or readiness to step into the role.
