About the role
Join Costa Coffee in Chichester as a Barista Maestro, leading a vibrant store team to deliver great coffee and memorable moments. You will work flexible shifts, supporting both full‑time and part‑time colleagues while ensuring a smooth, efficient service.
Key responsibilities
- Lead smooth, efficient shifts and maintain high service standards.
- Train, coach and support new Baristas.
- Motivate and energise the team to achieve coffee excellence.
- Adapt resources and solve problems quickly to keep operations running.
Required profile
- Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
- Strong team player with excellent communication.
- Energetic, confident and able to lead others.
- Calm, adaptable and resourceful under pressure.
- Previous experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
