Join Costa Coffee in Yate as a Barista Maestro, leading a vibrant team to deliver exceptional coffee and memorable customer experiences. You will oversee daily operations, support colleagues, and ensure the shop runs smoothly during your shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead efficient, well‑organised shifts and maintain high service standards.
• Train, coach and support new baristas, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Motivate the team, encouraging energy and positivity throughout the day.
• Uphold Costa’s coffee quality and food safety standards.
• Adapt quickly to busy periods, solving problems and keeping the shop running smoothly.

Required profile

• Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong communicator and enthusiastic team player.
• Calm under pressure, adaptable and resourceful.
• Previous experience in a team‑lead role or a willingness to step into one.
