Team Leader at Costa Coffee, crafting great coffee and memorable moments, bringing energy, confidence and support to each shift with flexible scheduling.
Key responsibilities
- Lead smooth, efficient shifts
- Train and support new Baristas
- Energise and motivate the team
- Maintain high standards of service and coffee excellence
- Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep operations running well
Required profile
- Reliable role model with accountability and maturity
- Strong team player with great communication skills
- Energetic, positive and confident when leading others
- Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure
- Experience as a team leader or willingness to step into the role
