Barista – Part-Time (20 hrs/week)

About the role
Join Costa Coffee in Ashford as a Barista, working part‑time for 20 hours a week. You will be the face of the store, creating great coffee and memorable experiences for customers while enjoying flexible shift patterns.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other menu items to high standards.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
- Ensure the menu is mastered and standards are consistently met.
- Collaborate with team members to keep the store running smoothly.
Required profile
- Resourceful, adaptable and positive with a can‑do attitude.
- Accountable and proud of delivering quality work.
- Calm, composed and strong communication skills.
- Genuine people focus and enthusiasm for teamwork.
Required skills
- Ability to operate coffee‑making equipment safely and efficiently.
