About the role
Barista at Costa Coffee, we craft great coffee and memorable experiences. As a Barista, you’ll bring energy, warmth and skill to every shift. We also offer flexible shifts to suit both your needs and the store’s.
Key responsibilities
- Serve great coffee and deliver an energising customer experience.
- Master the menu and maintain high standards.
- Keep the store clean, welcoming and running smoothly.
- Work collaboratively as a team player to make the store the best it can be.
Required profile
- Resourcefulness, adaptability and a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Accountability and pride in delivering quality.
- A calm, composed approach and great communication skills.
- A genuine people focus and enthusiasm for working with others.
