About the role
Join Costa Coffee as a Barista team member in St. Leonards‑on‑Sea, working 5‑10 hours per week on a permanent basis. You will create great coffee and deliver an energising experience for every customer.
Key responsibilities
- Serve high‑quality coffee and provide a warm, energising customer experience.
- Master the menu, maintain high standards, and ensure product consistency.
- Keep the store clean, welcoming and running smoothly throughout each shift.
- Collaborate with colleagues to make the store the best it can be.
Required profile
- Resourceful, adaptable and positive with a can‑do attitude.
- Accountable and proud of delivering quality work.
- Calm, composed and strong communication skills.
- Genuine people focus and enthusiasm for teamwork.
