Barista – Part‑time/Full‑time (10 hrs/week)

About the role
Join Costa Coffee in Alnwick as a Barista working 10 contracted hours per week. You will be part of a busy team delivering great coffee and memorable customer experiences across varied opening hours.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other menu items to high standards.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
- Operate point‑of‑sale equipment and handle cash transactions.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth store operations.
- Adapt to flexible shift patterns, including weekdays, weekends and occasional extra shifts.
Required profile
- Reliable, flexible and eager to learn.
- Positive, can‑do attitude with strong communication skills.
- Accountable and proud of delivering quality service.
- Calm under pressure and comfortable interacting with customers.
