Barista Team Leader (30 hrs)

About the role

Join Costa Coffee as a Barista Team Leader, working 30 hours per week at our Clarkston Toll store in Glasgow. You will bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, ensuring customers enjoy great coffee and memorable moments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smooth, efficient shifts and maintain high service standards.
• Train, coach and support new baristas.
• Motivate and energise the team throughout the day.
• Uphold coffee quality and store cleanliness.
• Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep operations running well.

Required profile

• Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
• Previous experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
