About the role

Join the vibrant hospitality team at Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill as a Barista on The Montagu. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality coffee and beverage service to both international business travellers and leisure guests in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the bar for service by completing all opening duties and ensuring a smooth operation.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all beverages, ingredients and preparation methods to advise guests confidently.
• Deliver attentive, personalised service and promptly address guest concerns.
• Manage stock by requisitioning, checking and storing items while minimising waste.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organisation across the bar and equipment.
• Maximise revenue through confident upselling and product recommendations.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities and offerings.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless service and consistent standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment, preferably within a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant.
• Strong product knowledge, attention to detail and a passion for exceptional guest experiences.
• Confident communicator with the ability to upsell and work efficiently under pressure.
• Pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation and teamwork.
