Bathroom Designer – Showroom Based

About the role

We’re recruiting an experienced and commercially minded Bathroom Designer for a successful and growing bathroom showroom. This role combines creative design skills with a strong sales approach, managing customers from the initial showroom consultation through to the completed design, quotation and order.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements, style and budget.
• Create attractive and practical bathroom designs using CAD software.
• Provide knowledgeable advice across products, materials and layouts.
• Prepare accurate quotations and manage customer orders.
• Follow up enquiries and convert showroom leads into sales.
• Develop strong relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge.
• Work towards individual and showroom sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous bathroom or kitchen design experience.
• Experience using CAD or similar design software.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• A creative eye with excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence managing customers throughout the complete sales process.
• A proactive, organised and target‑driven approach.
