Beauty Advisor (Part‑time, 15 hrs/week)

About the role

Join Space NK as a Beauty Advisor in our Beaconsfield store, working 15 hours per week. You will be the front‑line ambassador for a curated selection of over 100 innovative beauty brands, helping customers explore, experiment and enjoy the products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide unbiased, expert advice to customers based on deep product knowledge.
• Deliver a consistent ‘customer first’ experience in collaboration with the store team.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and acquisition goals.
• Handle stock according to company policies to maintain accuracy and minimise loss.
• Communicate clearly with team members and external partners.
• Foster an inclusive, welcoming store environment.
• Keep product knowledge up‑to‑date and share insights with colleagues.

Required profile

• Passionate about beauty and able to place the customer at the centre of every interaction.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.
• Honest, reliable and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Positive attitude, initiative‑driven and open to new ideas.
