About the role

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Therapist to join a leading medical clinic in Chelsea, London. The role involves delivering high‑quality facial and aesthetic treatments while providing exceptional client care in a supportive, professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of facial and aesthetic treatments to the highest professional standards within scheduled appointment times.
• Offer personalized skincare advice and treatment recommendations tailored to each client.
• Promote and recommend clinic products and services to enhance client outcomes.
• Ensure a seamless, welcoming experience by escorting clients throughout their visit and coordinating with reception.
• Build strong client relationships through excellent after‑care and customer service.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Manager and team to maintain exceptional clinic standards.

Required profile

• A Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or higher).
• Previous experience in an aesthetics, beauty, or medical clinic setting.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Professional, personable, and client‑focused attitude.
