About the role

Join a well‑established medical clinic in Chelsea, London as a Beauty Therapist delivering high‑quality facial and aesthetic treatments. You will work alongside leading practitioners, providing personalised skin‑care advice and ensuring a seamless client experience in a fast‑paced, 35‑hour week environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a range of facial and aesthetic treatments to professional standards within allocated appointment times.
• Offer expert skincare recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
• Promote clinic products and services to enhance client outcomes.
• Welcome clients, escort them to reception, and ensure a comfortable visit from start to finish.
• Maintain strong client relationships through excellent after‑care and customer service.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Manager and team to uphold high clinic standards.

Required profile

• A Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or higher).
• Previous experience in an aesthetics, beauty, or medical clinic setting.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Professional, personable, and client‑focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
