Beauty Therapist – In‑Store Specialist

About the role

Join Superdrug’s Preston store as a Beauty Therapist and help clients look and feel their best. You will deliver a range of professional beauty treatments, provide expert advice, and ensure a welcoming in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform threading, tinting, facial and brow waxing, and lash lifts.
• Apply cluster lash extensions and manage piercing services.
• Provide nail treatments including manicure, pedicure, gels, acrylics, and body waxing.
• Offer spray‑tanning and other cosmetic services.
• Recommend products and upsell treatments to meet client needs.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic work environment and follow health‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Confident communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Enthusiasm for staying up‑to‑date with beauty trends and techniques.
