About the role

Join our team of skilled therapists who are passionate about delivering exceptional in‑store beauty services. You will provide a wide range of treatments and professional advice, ensuring every customer enjoys a premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform threading, tinting, facial and brow waxing, lash lifts, cluster lash extensions, piercing, and nail services (manicure, pedicure, gels, acrylics).
• Deliver body waxing and spray‑tanning treatments.
• Offer expert product recommendations and upsell services.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and follow brand protocols.
• Provide friendly, professional advice to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Confident communication and ability to recommend treatments.
• Passion for current beauty trends and techniques.
