About the role

Join Uber as an independent driver and earn flexible income using the Uber app. You can work full‑time or part‑time, choosing the hours that suit your lifestyle while providing rides to passengers across London.

Key responsibilities

• Accept ride requests through the Uber app and transport passengers safely to their destinations.
• Maintain a clean and well‑maintained vehicle that meets Uber’s standards.
• Follow local traffic laws and Uber’s community guidelines.
• Track earnings and manage your schedule via the driver dashboard.

Required profile

• Valid UK driver’s licence (EU licences must be converted to a UK licence).
• Private hire licence issued by a local licensing authority (or willingness to obtain one with Uber’s support).
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Driver profile photo taken at a Greenlight Hub.
• Completion of the EduMe onboarding course.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with a smartphone and navigation apps.
• Good knowledge of London road networks.
