About the role
The Behaviour and Pastoral Support Officer will join Q3 Academy Great Barr to provide dedicated support for student behaviour and pastoral care within the school community.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and support student behaviour across the academy.
- Provide pastoral assistance and guidance to pupils.
- Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff to promote a positive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and interventions.
