About the role
We are seeking a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs in schools across Hammersmith and the surrounding areas. You will help students engage in learning, manage their behaviour and reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one and group support to pupils with behavioural challenges.
- Implement behaviour management strategies and encourage positive interactions.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to adapt learning activities.
- Monitor progress and report on pupil development.
Required profile
- Calm, positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- Passion for supporting students academically and emotionally.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
