Bendi & Counterbalance Forklift Driver

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Bendi & Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse team in Highworth. The role combines operating two types of forklifts with general warehouse duties, offering a hands‑on environment for candidates who enjoy varied, physical work.

Key responsibilities

• Operating both Bendi (Flexi) and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Moving and replenishing stock within the warehouse
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
• Following all health and safety procedures

Required profile

• Valid Bendi (Flexi) and Counterbalance forklift licences (in‑date)
• Previous experience operating both forklift trucks
• Warehouse experience is essential
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Own transport is beneficial due to the location
