Bid and Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Join the Bid and Marketing team at Atelier Ten in London, supporting senior directors in creating high‑quality bids and maintaining marketing collateral. You will report to the Group Head of Brand and work closely with colleagues across the office to promote sustainable building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Bid and Marketing Manager to produce proposals of varying sizes and complexities.
• Collect and edit responses to pre‑qualification questions and format text and images with the graphics team.
• Track enquiries from receipt through to outcome, communicating weighting and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate bid reviews, develop relationships with sub‑consultants, and keep the project profile library up to date.
• Assist with award submissions and organise project photography.

Required profile

• Curious, proactive and self‑motivated with a willingness to learn across multiple projects.
• Highly organised, able to manage several bids simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong editing and proof‑reading abilities.
• At least one year of experience in bids, marketing or a similar field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint formatting.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign (or willingness to learn).
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
