Bid Coordinator – Construction & Social Housing

About the role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Bid Coordinator to join a leading main contractor specialising in social housing, decent homes, and regeneration projects. In this role you will support the end‑to‑end bid process, ensuring high‑quality, compliant submissions are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and submission of PQQs, ITTs, framework applications and tender documents.
• Manage bid programmes, track deadlines and ensure all submission requirements are met.
• Liaise with internal teams to gather technical, commercial and operational information.
• Maintain bid libraries, case studies, CVs and supporting documentation.
• Assist in drafting, formatting and presenting tender responses and supporting materials.
• Support post‑tender activities such as presentations and feedback reviews.
• Record tender opportunities and monitor bid performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Bid Coordinator, Bid Administrator or similar within construction, social housing or property services.
• Strong organisational ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude and ability to work in a busy bid environment.
