Bid Coordinator

About the role

KpH is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join its dedicated Bid Team. You will be responsible for preparing, editing and submitting high‑quality bids and tenders for construction projects across South East England. The role offers a collaborative environment where you can take ownership and develop your skills.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, coordination and submission of EOIs, RFIs, SQs, PQQs and ITT documents.
• Draft, edit and customise responses using approved company content and client‑specific requirements.
• Support the creation of fee proposals and presentation materials.
• Maintain bid tracking systems, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Proofread all submissions for spelling, grammar, readability and brand compliance.
• Update the bid content library with standard responses, CVs and case studies.
• Assist with post‑tender feedback reviews and documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in bid and tender administration, project support or a similar role.
• Excellent organisational abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Proven experience in bid writing, editing and developing win themes.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and communicate confidently.
• Desirable experience in the construction industry and familiarity with tender portals.
