Bid Writer - German speaking - Home working/Remote

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a German‑speaking Bid Writer to join its remote team. You will work closely with sales managers and subject‑matter experts to develop high‑quality tender responses that showcase the company’s mobility solutions across the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse tender requirements and clearly communicate them to the bid team.
• Coordinate and manage all tasks required to complete each tender, assigning actions and supporting contributors.
• Write clear, compelling, and compliant responses, leveraging the Bid Library and Bid Archive.
• Ensure all bid documentation meets deadlines and compliance standards.
• Maintain a suitable home‑office environment with a wired internet connection at all times.

Required profile

• Fluent in German (written and spoken).
• Ability to provide a quiet, distraction‑free home office.
• Access to a wired broadband connection (minimum 5 Mbps upload, 10 Mbps download) with a VOIP‑compatible router.
• Reliable alternative work location in case of outage.
