Join an award-winning charity dedicated to transforming lives. As our Bid Writer & Income Generation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in securing the vital funding necessary to sustain and expand our life-changing services across the South West and Wales.

Main Missions

• Draft high-quality tender responses, public procurement bids, and grant applications.
• Identify and develop new funding opportunities to ensure long-term organizational sustainability.
• Manage and nurture relationships with trusts, foundations, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Business Development to drive income growth.
• Support the expansion of services in Bristol, Somerset, Gloucestershire, Swindon, and Wales.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in bid writing and securing diverse funding streams.
• Strong ability to communicate complex social impact stories into compelling proposals.
• Excellent relationship management skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

• Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
