Bid Writer – Property Services

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Bid Writer to manage the end‑to‑end bid process for Connells Group’s property services brands. You will craft high‑quality tender submissions, work closely with the Group Support Partner and various stakeholders, and help secure new contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare bid kick‑off documents, highlighting requirements, concerns and timelines.
• Develop response templates and populate the bid library to guide subject‑matter experts.
• Research potential clients to tailor bid responses.
• Ensure all bid documents meet client specifications, industry standards and company policies.
• Review, edit and proof drafts to deliver clear, concise and compelling content.
• Manage timelines, submissions and internal reviews to meet all deadlines.
• Maintain and update a library of bid content, case studies and standard responses.
• Analyse client and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve bid quality and success rates.
• Build internal relationships to produce high‑quality bids.

• Creative thinking and value articulation.
