Biddable Manager – Paid Social & PPC

About the role

This full‑time position is based in Norwich and focuses on driving high‑quality leads for three national brands through paid social and PPC campaigns. You will manage sizable budgets across Meta, Google and Microsoft platforms, collaborating with internal and external partners to maximise ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead paid social channels for three market‑leading brands, overseeing eight‑figure budgets.
• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, Microsoft Ads and emerging formats such as Pmax and Demand Gen.
• Develop audience and creative strategies, including first‑party data utilisation.
• Brief and coordinate the creation of bespoke landing pages to boost lead quality.
• Manage automated bidding solutions tied to offline conversion actions.
• Liaise with digital agencies, tech providers and media owners (Google, Meta, Microsoft).
• Collaborate with a London‑based search agency to implement advanced PPC technology.
• Utilise Google Marketing Platform tools (Campaign Manager, Search Ads 360, Display & Video 360) and analytics platforms.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience managing large paid social and PPC budgets.
• Strong analytical ability and clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in lead‑generation campaigns is preferred.

• Meta Blueprint certification.
• Google Marketing Platform (Campaign Manager, Search Ads 360, Display Video 360).
• Google Analytics 4.
• Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads) interfaces.
