Bilingual Project Manager (French/English)

About the role

Gallup is seeking a bilingual Project Manager who will lead complex client engagements and act as a trusted workplace adviser. You will create structure and momentum across projects, building strong relationships while delivering exceptional outcomes for ambitious client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage delivery structures that provide clarity, accountability and predictable results.
• Develop integrated project plans, coordinate resources and manage dependencies, milestones and timelines.
• Own client accounts, balancing delivery excellence with strategic advisory and account growth.
• Establish governance processes, decision‑making frameworks and communication plans for stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor project health, scope, budget and commercial considerations, proactively mitigating risks.
• Orchestrate collaboration across consulting, research and operational teams to maintain execution momentum.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum four years of experience in project management, client management, consulting or professional services.
• Professional fluency in French and English.
• Proven experience in client‑facing roles and managing multiple projects in fast‑paced environments.
• Experience supporting account growth or business development is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity is advantageous.
