Bilingual Sales Trainee – Aviation Advertising

About the role

Sandhills East is looking for a bilingual sales trainee to develop new business in the aviation advertising market across Germany and the Netherlands. Based in Manchester, you will promote trade publications and cloud‑based services to aviation companies, building long‑term relationships and driving revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new aviation customers for advertising and cloud services.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts, providing ongoing support and education on Sandhills tools.
• Travel to client sites roughly one week per month to strengthen relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and commission goals.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and at least one additional language (German or Dutch preferred).
• Full, clean UK/EU driving licence.
• Minimum 2 years proven B2B sales experience, preferably with telemarketing.
• Goal‑oriented “hunter” mentality with a track record of surpassing targets.
