Billing Assistant – Finance Team

About the role

A well‑established organisation is seeking a Billing (Invoicing) Assistant to join its finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the smooth operation of invoicing and customer accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately and maintain up‑to‑date records across internal systems.
• Monitor account changes and ensure adjustments are applied correctly.
• Investigate and resolve invoice or payment queries from internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain data integrity across multiple financial systems and support reporting requirements.
• Assist with month‑end activities and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, or a similar finance administration role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling large volumes of data.
• Confident communicator able to explain information clearly.
• Good IT skills and the ability to work across different systems.
