BIM Consultant – Digital Construction & Information Management

About the role

You will work with a diverse portfolio of contractors, consultants, universities and estate owners, leading BIM delivery across multiple projects while evolving into a specialist Digital Construction Consultant.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BIM delivery and model coordination for client projects.
• Develop and implement BIM strategies, ISO 19650 standards and information‑management processes.
• Facilitate client workshops and provide expert advice on digital transformation.
• Support model review using Navisworks and Solibri.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality BIM outputs.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in BIM, Digital Construction or Information Management.
• Background in MEP Building Services is preferred; strong Architectural BIM experience also considered.
• Construction‑related degree and a genuine passion for BIM.

Required skills

• Proficient in Revit.
• Experience with Navisworks and Solibri (desirable).
• Knowledge of buildingSMART, openBIM and digital information‑management principles.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 and BIM standards.
