BIM Coordinator – Architecture (High Wycombe)

About the role

We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to support residential architecture projects in High Wycombe. The role blends technical drawing production with advising the wider team on BIM and Revit workflows, ensuring consistent standards and smooth project delivery. It may also suit an experienced architectural technologist.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings for residential projects.
• Advise colleagues on BIM and Revit workflows and processes.
• Maintain and enforce consistent BIM standards across the practice.
• Support project delivery by coordinating BIM data and models.
• Contribute to training and development of team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of Revit experience within a UK architectural environment.
• At least 5 years working on UK projects, preferably residential.
• Knowledge of BIM Level 2 (preferred).
• Strong technical drawing skills.
• Ability to guide and advise team members on BIM and Revit processes.
