BIM Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a well‑established architecture practice that has been a BIM pioneer. You will work across a varied portfolio of public sector and residential projects, supporting teams to embed high‑quality BIM standards and best practice throughout the business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM delivery across public sector and private residential projects.
• Support project teams with BIM workflows, standards and best practice.
• Ensure project models meet client‑specific BIM requirements.
• Work closely with the National BIM Lead to develop and maintain BIM processes.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting to internal teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models and support clash detection processes.
• Promote consistency, quality and compliance across all BIM deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement and develop BIM capability across the practice.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a similar BIM‑focused role.
• Background within architecture, engineering or a multidisciplinary consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of BIM processes, standards and project delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence to support and advise project teams.
• Experience on public sector projects is advantageous.
• Proactive approach with a passion for improving workflows and collaboration.
