BIM Manager – Flexible UK Location

About the role

Lead the digital delivery of complex engineering projects across the UK and shape the future of BIM and digital innovation at Tetra Tech. You will provide technical leadership, develop BIM execution plans and ensure projects meet client and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BIM and digital delivery for multidisciplinary engineering projects from RIBA Stage 0 to Stage 7.
• Develop and manage BIM/Digital Execution Plans aligned with client requirements and UK BIM Framework standards.
• Configure and maintain Common Data Environments (CDEs) and BIM collaboration platforms.
• Facilitate information exchange, clash detection, coordination reviews and reporting.
• Support business development, tender submissions and the evolution of BIM capability.
• Mentor project teams and contribute to the wider Digital and BIM strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a BIM professional leading large‑scale engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of UK BIM Framework, BS EN ISO 19650 and RIBA stages.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams, clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
