BIM Manager

About the role

Mott MacDonald is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead digital delivery across a portfolio of complex nuclear, defence, energy and infrastructure projects. This client‑facing position will shape BIM and information management practices, ensuring high‑quality digital outputs throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BIM and digital delivery activities across multiple high‑profile projects, maintaining consistency, quality and compliance.
• Develop, implement and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and information management procedures in collaboration with clients, project teams and supply‑chain partners.
• Provide guidance on BIM standards, processes and ISO 19650 information‑management requirements.
• Champion best practices, support project teams in producing high‑quality digital deliverables, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate BIM data into design, construction and operational phases.

Required profile

• Proven experience in BIM management on large‑scale, complex projects, preferably within nuclear, defence or energy sectors.
• Strong leadership and client‑facing communication skills.
• Ability to develop and enforce BIM standards and procedures.
