BIM Manager – London

About the role
L&P Group is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join its team in the City of London. As a leading building services (MEP) engineering consultancy, the role will lead the digital delivery strategy across a diverse portfolio of high‑profile workplace, residential and mixed‑use projects.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead BIM strategy, standards and workflows across the practice.
- Deliver BIM on live MEP projects.
- Support project teams with model coordination, clash detection and ensure ISO 19650 compliance.
- Champion digital innovation and best practice throughout the office.
Required profile
- Proven BIM management experience, preferably within building services or MEP consultancy.
- Strong working knowledge of Revit and ACC/forma.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 and BIM Execution Plans.
- Collaborative leader capable of mentoring and developing team members.
