BIM Technician (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a BIM Technician to support the development, coordination and delivery of BIM models for multi‑disciplinary construction design projects. The position is fully remote, Monday to Friday, 08:00‑17:00, on an ongoing temporary contract.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, develop and maintain 3D BIM models using approved authoring tools, adhering to project BIM Execution Plans and company standards.
• Assist in coordinating architectural, structural and MEP models, identify clashes and support their resolution.
• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, schedules and model outputs required for design, tender and construction stages.
• Support integration of model data with asset information requirements, including COBie and other structured datasets.
• Maintain model version control, ensuring updates are accurately recorded and distributed.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure timely receipt and integration of design model information.
• Assist project teams in applying BIM standards, workflows and modelling best practices.

Required profile

• Experience working with multidisciplinary design teams and BIM managers.
• Ability to follow ISO 19650 processes and company BIM standards.
• Strong attention to detail for model accuracy and version control.
