About the role

Join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group as a Blaze Instructor, delivering the signature BLAZE boutique studio experience. You will lead high‑energy group sessions that combine cardio, strength, and MMA boxing/combat, enhanced by DJ mixes, custom lighting, and MYZONE technology.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver BLAZE classes that motivate and challenge members.
• Integrate MYZONE technology to track performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and energetic studio environment.
• Engage members with clear instructions, encouragement, and personalized support.
• Collaborate with club staff to uphold brand standards and class quality.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA certification.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping members achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Self‑driven attitude with a positive outlook.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MYZONE performance technology.
• Ability to lead cardio, strength, and MMA boxing/combat workouts.
