Block Manager – Property Portfolio Lead

About the role
Our client, a well‑established block and estate management firm operating across London and the Home Counties, is seeking a Block Manager to act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of estates. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, liaise with directors and key client contacts, and lead risk management initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for allocated sites and respond to enquiries.
- Conduct regular site visits and produce action reports.
- Chair directors’ meetings and annual general meetings.
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks across the portfolio.
- Provide technical guidance to boards of directors and client stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and other stakeholders.
Required profile
- Minimum two years’ experience in block or estate management.
- At least one year managing a property portfolio.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Desirable: ATPI qualification.
