Block Manager – Residential Property Management

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established local property management firm that is looking for an experienced Block Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential blocks in Harrow. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for leaseholders, contractors and other stakeholders, ensuring high‑quality service and compliance with all regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential blocks efficiently and proactively.
• Liaise with leaseholders, contractors and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections and supervise maintenance works.
• Administer budgets, service charge accounts and produce financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, health and safety standards.
• Handle queries, complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Build and maintain strong client and tenant relationships.

Required profile

• Energetic, friendly and highly motivated.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident and professional communication, especially over the phone.
• Proven experience in block management (essential).
• ATPI qualification preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to commute within one hour of the Harrow office.
• Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
