Block Property Manager – Hybrid Working

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Block Property Manager to join a leading property client in London. The role offers true hybrid working (three days from home) and the chance to manage a portfolio of high‑end, prime‑location buildings, working with A‑list clients and cutting‑edge technology.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a residential block portfolio in line with regulations and client expectations.
• Handle client enquiries via phone and email, taking appropriate actions.
• Attend client meetings and conduct regular site visits.
• Oversee site staff operations and contractor performance, including maintenance issues.
• Prepare, monitor and control budgets.
• Ensure building compliance, including Section 20 processes.
• Coordinate back‑office teams to keep buildings clean, safe and pleasant for residents.

Required profile

• Qualified with a TPI (Territory Property Inspection) certification and demonstrable post‑qualification experience.
• Strong understanding of residential property management legislation.
• Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Customer‑focused, diplomatic and able to work under pressure.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Team player who can work independently when required.
