BMS Commissioning Engineer – Smart Building Projects

About the role

We are seeking a BMS Commissioning Engineer to join a fast‑growing company delivering cutting‑edge smart building and energy‑management projects across the UK. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end commissioning of complex Building Management Systems on commercial sites, from software development through to final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Commission Building Management Systems on a variety of commercial projects.
• Develop software, create graphics, and perform testing and validation.
• Integrate HVAC, lighting and other building services into the BMS.
• Fault find, troubleshoot and optimise BMS installations.
• Support projects from design stage through to final handover.

Required profile

• Proven experience commissioning BMS systems.
• Relevant certifications such as Trend, Tridium, Schneider, Delta or similar.
• BCIA 01, 02 & 03 qualifications are desirable.
• Strong electrical background with solid technical knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence.
