BMW Sales Executive

About the role

Sytner Group is looking for a motivated BMW Sales Executive to join its Used Car team at the Sunningdale dealership. You will be the primary point of contact for customers buying a BMW, delivering a first‑class experience from arrival to hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers face‑to‑face, understand their needs and guide them through the buying process.
• Present and negotiate used BMW vehicles, ensuring accurate paperwork and compliance.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up‑to‑date with BMW promotions.
• Work flexible patterns, including weekends, to meet customer demand.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the dealership’s revenue goals.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Previous experience in retail customer service or motor trade sales.
